David's primary focus is day to day real estate transactions and he takes great pride in the testimonials you’ll find here; however, you may also like to know that in 2021 he was elected Chairman of the Maine Real Estate Commission for the eighth time and served as a Commissioner for over 27 years. He has also consulted on legal cases and worked as a subject matter expert for a national real estate exam.
On a personal note, he has lived in Yarmouth, on the coast of Maine, for over 40 years and loved raising his two wonderful daughters there. When time allows, their favorite activity is relaxing on their island; gardening or doing woodworking projects. David was a Charter Member of the Rotary Yarmouth Club; a Trustee of the Merrill Memorial Library , and active in land preservation efforts as a Board Member for the Royal River Conservation Trust.  Wishing you the best in your real estate transactions!
